Straight after my “complain” post last evening, I went to meet Adel @ Tangs.. By the time, I’ve reached Tangs, she’d already checked out the items from Lancasters.. (So fast.. I tink within 15 mins, abt S$150+ was gone.. omg!) Anyway, we walked to Far East after she’d settled her membership card.. We had SubWay for dinner (oh no.. I can still hear Adel cheering..) & Adel was really a joker sia.. She said to me while I was in the amidst of ordering a set meal, “R u calling for a meal?” OMG! Literal translation from Chinese.. haha.. I was laughing non-stop at her throughout the whole waiting time for my meal.. Really blur like sotong lei.. Haiz.. I tink she tinks tat she can rely on me to be rational when we’re out, thus, her blur sotong behaviour.. After our super-healthy dinner, we went to shop ard at Far East Plaza.. Tried 2 tops but nt comfy enuf.. In fact, I’ve started looking for Christmas clothings le.. Haha.. Ehh.. went to Noda.. No new shoes which fits my criteria leh.. FYI, I’m very particular wif shoes de.. Hehe.. :p I bought a palette of eye shadow colours from Missha last nite.. Spent $22+.. Including the case.. Haiz.. Anyway, while on the bus hm, I told Adel abt my crazy childhood nightmare, of a cockroach, fishball & meepok chasing me.. OMG!! She was laughing like crazy, non-stop for at least 10 mins.. Well, kor called me last nite too.. I was laughing non-stop for half an hr straight til my jaw cramp.. We were crapping abt hw I wld pass his SOC.. Haha.. Btw, we concluded tat out of the 11 obstacles, I can choose any TWO to do, given 10 mins.. Haha.. So paiseh lei me!! Haha.. Maurice finished his SOC in 8 mins 45 secs (i tink).. haha.. So Proud of Him! Yeah! PTI-to-be!! haha.. Honestly, I wasn't feeling very gd ytd.. Bt thankfully, I've Adel & Maurice to crap wif me.. I feel better today le.. Back to my previous topic, I tink God Is Fair afterall... When I gain one, I will lose one.. 如果不学习放手，就se么东西都捉不捞，拿不到。

Well, I'm gonna spend my last 6 mins @ wk to blog on my emo day today!! Pls be warned that this wld be a super grumpy post & if u wanna haf a gd laugh, pls read the post below instead.. While, today's a rainy/cloudy day.. A very gd day to be emo.. No sun.. No sunny doll (my msn nick).. Anyway, I was online (as usual) the whole day & I saw William online nearer to lunch time.. He started asking me why tat msn nick, who I'm refering to, etc.. FYI, my msn nick starting, "Nw tat he gt dere b4 I do, will he wait for me...." Anyway, I asked him why he needa noe? If he tink I'm refering to anyone in particular, den who? He said he dun wanna guess, he jus wan me to tell me.. OMG!! I told him it's written due to my emo-ness ytd & my blog song.. I jus simply make very sentence into qn.. Hmm.. Anyway, he replied, "cos everytime u emo & made statements like tat, I always gt arrowed.. i'm very tired of it le.." Oh.. So is it my fault? Many ppl dun utd why I wrote wad I wrote, bt obviously u'll noe wad I wrote & to whom I wrote this rite? I cherish our friendship so much tat I trusted u wholeheartedly.. The now u, & I are JUST FRENZ! Honestly, ppl arrowed u might be cos u've been distancing yrself fr me.. Would u kindly asked yourself whether u're guilty of it? Or am I only being sensitive? Do u distance yrself cos u feel guilty towards me? If so, dun feel guilty if wad u did is for my own gd.. I jus wan us to be frenz.. Is it so hard?! I've been trying so hard.. Friendship takes 2 hands to clap too.. My own effort is insufficient.. Tell me, if God is fair, when I lose 1, will I gt one in exchange?

Well, gotta blog on some going-ons in my life.. Last Fri nite, at ard 10.30pm, Adel, Edwin & JW came to my hm for Mahjong session.. Wow.. We played til 6.30am the next morning.. (ps: had a mini talk wif JW, so happy for him sia) Anyway, my sis & I lose to Adel & JW.. Haha..

We went to slp at 6.30am & woke up at 3pm.. (Adel & Edwin slept in my hm.. Adel in my rm, Edwin next rm..) We for lunch @ 4 plus @ the foodcourt below my hm.. At 5pm, I brought Adel to blk 538 de hairstylist to do hair dye & treatment.. After all these hoohaa, we (my sis & I) went to Adel's hm to wait for her to shower first before we meet ZL & Edwin @ her blk lobby for singing session at Violette (Serangoon Garden).. Sang quite alot of duet wif ZL.. Very man zhu sia.. Haha.. :p

Me: Wa.. This country club (Serangoon Country Club) very nice lei.. Next time when I grow up, I wanna haf at least a country club membership.. Wad abt u guys?

I came across this song in HX's blog and decided to put as my background music, at least for 1 wk.. So typical of a love song.. Made me tink of JJ's 'hui you na me yi tian'.. I wonder will I ever gt the chance to use this song to describe my feelings.. Or maybe, when will I stop using this song to describe my feelings.. Personally, I've nothing against homosexuality.. However, if my respected senior told me that he/she is a homosexual, I think I'll freak out.. haha.. Bt I'll still respect his decision..

MARRIAGE OR CAREER?!

Recently, I've crossed over the benchmark of 20th in age and is at the cross junction in my life.. 1 more yr to adulthood, where responsibilities are infinity.. My life, career, parents, retirement (nv to early to start tinking), marriage (possible?) & even studies (maybe).. Few wks ago, I was asked a qn, "Marriage first or Career first?" This starts me thinking (even while I was crossing the road).. For me, I tink 28 is the best age for me to gt married.. 25 is the best age to start a relationship.. However, there's an added criteria.. I wanna have at least 100k of liquid funds (investments included) under my assets.. The age plus the $$ factor would be the most ideal scenario for me to gt married.. I'm quite an ambitious woman (if frenz who knew me, stop nodding ya head) & I wan more than a stable job.. I WANT A CAREER!! I'm in the admist of carving a path for myself and if I never tell you anything about it, don't ask! Marriage is unknown, so I'll focus on my career-seeking path for now.. Wish me luck! (*.*)

I shall start with some quick updates on my personal life before I blog on some personal thoughts on certain issues. Tuesday night, I met my family for dinner at Ave 1’s coffeeshop straight after work. Peaceful night, I would say, for my dad did not nag as much and so, was not very irritating.

*While in office, I msn chat with Ham and told him to think of me whenever he sees stars in camp. Then he replied, “If there’s really an Andreas’s star, it’ll sure blink until I couldn’t sleep.” I asked him why? He said, “Cos you like to kajiao me ma, so if you’re a star, sure won’t let me sleep de.” OMG! He really knows me very well sia, but I told him, “If I’m that star, I’ll sure give you warmth to let you sleep in peace and have sweet dreams de.” Haha... We very ‘ai mei’ right? If you really think so, then you really don’t know me well enough. That’s all.*

On Wednesday, which was yesterday, I went for my company’s function in the evening – dinner at Lau Par Sa and song session at Party World opposite Temasek Tower. (Stop asking me why my company always has functions. My company has function almost every 2 months.) Anyway, as usual, the food at Lau Par Sa was horrendous. Let’s just skip the food description part. I don’t want to waste time complaining about the food. Anyway, it was my first time, last night, to have eaten ‘lala’ and ‘gonggong’. And I must say it wasn’t very bad la. Maybe it’s due to eating in group ba. If you ask me to eat alone, it’ll be the last on my list to order. Anyway, my agency colleague, Alland, very gentlemanly helped our ladies to queue for Teh Chino. It’s very nice of him indeed. Well, after the dinner, we proceeded to the Party World. I sang quite a few songs alone & another few duet songs with Alland. We sang for 4 hours straight and headed home at around 12.45am. Seriously, I find myself truly amazing. I slept at 2am in the morning and woke up at 7am this morning and I wasn’t even feeling very tired right now. Woohoo! 40 more minutes to knock off. Yeah!

My b'day celebration had finally came to an end!! Let me start from last Friday.. I went to Guide House for Int'l camp briefing right after work.. Briefing was done by Ms Hasna Alsagoff.. Actually I dun find her scary at all.. In fact, I tink she's very pro lor.. Strict when we're working bt joking wif us when we're relaxing.. She has a gd sense of humour too!! Haha.. At least, nw tat she's the HQ staff i/c of YAs, our HQ admin wks faster than b4.. Only the same old problem of lack of commitment of YAC members.. Sianz.. For e.g. This Sat & Sun supposed to go Bukit Batok teach the GG dere campfire & car boot sale @ WhiteSand respectively.. HOWEVER, DERE WASN'T ANY CONFIRMATION FROM THE YAC TIL LAST SUNDAY, WHEN I SMSED MY COMMISSIONER!! BUKIT BATOK CAMPFIRE POSTPONED TO 10 DEC!! WTH!! And the car boot sale just confirmed, 4 more days to the sales & dere wasn't any briefing yet!! Dun care! I'm only gonna commit to the event itself.. If briefing date clashes wif my other appt, I hack care ar!! Damn fed up le lor.. Luckily,Ms Hasna was i/c of YAs for int'l camp.. If nt, I hack ar.. Anyway, Ms Hasna ordered pizza for us for dinner.. Hw kind of her! =) Anyway, was quite tempted to apply leave for the full camp cos I really wanna help Ms Hasna wif the camp First Aid.. Bt dun wanna waste leave leh.. Haiz.. Well, tat ends the nite..

On Sat, I met Adel & Edwin to go Aloha Loyang to check out the chalet for Adel upcoming 21st b'day.. After much discussion, we've decided on SeaView Terrace as 1 of our choices.. After that, we walked to Aranda Country Club to check out their package.. We enquired on the poolside event & it cost a min. amt of S$2400.. OMG!! Too ex.. Very demoralized.. Anyway, @ ard 5pm, we're done wif our recce & I headed for PS to meet PRS members.. I was 15 mins earlier & went to the Swatch outlet to shorten my watch length.. After it's done, I went to meet WY, Fish & Joyce & we went to 'chop' places at Cafe Cartel.. Soap, PW & Kel was late.. Soap excusable cos she gt bowling b4 mtg us.. PW & Kel.. Dunno their reasons for being late.. Haiz.. Anyway, I've uploaded the photos.. N as usual, we had been suaning Ah Pong all nite.. Haha.. After dinner, we went for the movie, Brothers.. Nt a bad movie.. Bt nt a superb movie too.. Like super predicted the plot lei.. Very superficial.. Finally, the time to part.. PW & I was walking side by side & the others were walking @ supersonic speed ahead of us.. When I told PW I wondered why? She said, "they were from the same class de ma.. A-class de lei.. Last time after sch, they always the first to chiong outta sch de.." Haha.. Hw true sia.. Soap & I acc PW took the Red Line & we were gossiping the whole ride back.. Haha.. So fun..

On Sun, I met Soap @ 5pm for our mini outing (which Soap wld silenced me if another person shld noe abt it) & was late to meet my fren for dinner & den Nite Safari.. OMG! Frenz who knew who I'm refering to, Thank God I didn't said YES!! Anyway, gg Nite Safari wif this fren wasn't very enjoyable.. I had, for a moment, wished tat I had stayed at hm instead of being out dere @ the nite safari.. Mood Swing, PMS.. Wadever.. It was so nt fun tat I didn't even bother to take any photos dere.. Tat's all I can say.. Argh!!

Anyway, it's not my fault for being a spoilt gal.. It's the men around me tat had spoilt me wif their gentlemenly manners.. Haha.. e.g.1) The guys ard me wld walked at the same speed as me.. Esp nw tat I've just recovered from a sprained ankle.. e.g.2) If we're walking on a single-filed trail tat was quite dark, the guys would be either behind me or keeping a lookout for me if they walked in front of me.. Not walking very fast in front & expect me to match their pace.. Again, wad's the hurry for? e.g.3) They wld send me home if possible, or if nt, they wld acc me to my nearest bus/mrt interchange.. Most importantly, I always felt very much at ease when I with these close guy frenz.. Haha.. Dun care.. I must find time to drag kor & some other frenz down to Nite Safari wif me to remake a happier memory of the Nite Safari excursion.. hehe..

Well, just realised I didn't blog on my b'day.. Ehhh.. Oh.. I went to wk as usual on my b'day.. (so sad it's nt a public holiday.. dun understand why lei.. cos Jesus born also public holiday.. I bring joy & laughter (in short - crap) to the ppl ard me, so my b'day shld also be public holiday ma.. :x) Anyway, after wk, I went to Bouna Vista to meet Ham & Bernice for dinner.. Well, the weather wasn't very fine though.. N we walked to Holland Village from the MRT station.. (btw, ham & ber was betting $1 on whether I'll be wearing my specs on tat day.. N ber won, i tink, cos I was wearing contact lens.. Haha..) N they were even betting on whether I'll be wearing dress, when I arrived, so nt counted.. They really very lame sia.. Ok.. Fast forward abit, when we reached HV, I decided to eat Nasi Lemak.. Needa be considerate for their pockets.. Cos they broke le.. After buying me the Swatch watch I had been eyeing on.. Thanks JW, Andrew, Ham & Ber for the Swatch Watch (photos to be uploaded next wk..) I ordered $5 worth of Nasi Lemak sia.. OMG.. After dinner, we went to Eski Bar cos I nv went in b4.. Happy hour special - 2 bottles Heineken/Tiger/Corona for S$12.. Wow.. Gd offer.. The pub was divided into 2 sections - the normal air-con room & the sub-zero degree room.. Initially, we wanted to challenge the sub-zero degree room.. Bt the moment the waiter opened the door for us, the chill was too much to bear.. In the end, we retreated sheepishly back to the air-con room, despite the waiter & waitresses telling us that they can lend us the winter jacket.. OMG!! I dun wanna be the 1st frozen b'day gal in history sia.. Somewhat w/o having even tried the Swatch watch!! Nonono.. Anyway, Ber & I ordered 2 bottles of Heineken each & Ham, as usual, ordered orange juice.. It was my first time drinking Heineken.. Nt bad, bt nt as aromatic as German beer.. I'm addicted to German beer le la.. Anyway, drinking in Eski Bar was heavenly for me.. Cos the 'hotness' after drinking was countered by the air-con inside.. Cool.. Alot of angmohs dere too.. They really bought their coat along.. Chio sia.. The 3 of us took photos, crap & laugh & each other's crap.. Finally, ber suggested we play a game & the loser will haf to drink.. Poor Ham, been forced to drink.. Haha.. N hor, cos he's a bodybuilder, Ber & I kept teasing him on the advertisement.. "My Bedroom's over dere.. My Kitchen's over dere.. See my matching pipes.." Haha.. Ber even said we shld gt him Zebra underwear for Christmas.. Haha.. Anyway, had much fun tat nite.. The only sad thing was tat JW can't make it due to NS..

Just some updates for my past wkend..

Sat - Woke up @ 8.30am to watch Resident Evil.. Unfortunately, my dad nagged & nagged til my blood boiled & I finally escaped to ZL's hm to watch Resident Evil - Apocalpse.. I brought my sis along.. Helped him to buy carrot cake & bubble tea for lunch.. I had tat too.. Hehe.. Ehh.. Movie nt bad.. His family haf outing so very ideal to watch movie.. Haha.. Anyway, we (ZL & I) met Maurice @ 3pm @ amk hub for our movie, Resident Evil - Extinction.. (it's simply worth the $$ to watch again, in my case..) While waiting to go into the cinema, we went to the arcade.. We played Daytona (surprisingly I'm 3rd.. my sis was playing too.. I tink 1 of the guys was 4th.. haha..) & hit the hippo head game (the 2 guys tot tat we were childish.. OMG!! it's child-like ok!!) & finally the basketball dipping game (maurice & I vs ZL & my sis.. We WON!! haha..) After the movie, we went to Pepper Lunch for dinner.. Haha.. Very ironic hor.. Below is the conversation wif the 2 guys..

Guys: "Iciban Sushi or Pepper Lunch?"

Me: "I wanna eat dinner nt lunch.."

Guys: "Ya.. We go Pepper Lunch eat dinner lor.."

Me: "I said I wanna dinner le lor.. hehe.."

Guys: "den you go up to the waiter & tell them you want Pepper Dinner lor.. haha.."

Me: "Where gt lidat de? Very malu lei.. I dun wan.."

Guys: "Can la.. Go go.."

Me: "dun wan.."

Guys: "ok.. so, wad u wan for dinner?"

Me: "I tink pepper lunch's fine.."

Guys: "Arghh!!!"

I almost sustained some bruises on my head lor.. Cos they irritated by my non-sensical nonsense.. Haha.. Sth even funnier happened when we were queueing @ Pepper Lunch..

Maurice: Pointing at the menu board & whisper to us. "hey.. let's play a trick on the auntie in front of us.. see, when ppl said this dish no gd, you'll haf your misgivings rite? we tried on the auntie leh.."

Me: "Dun wan la.. very malu la.. dun wan hor!!"

ZL: "Very funny.. gd gd.. Let's do it.."

Me: "Nooooo..."

Maurice: Pointing at the same dish the auntie was eyeing, "I tink this beef dish not really nice lei.."

ZL: "Yaya.. I tried b4 also.. Nt nice.."

Me: Looking away, trying to show tat I dunno them..

i tink the auntie noe we're playing a trick on her cos she looked away immediately.. OMG.. So evil the 2 guys.. Anyway, we concluded tat the menu is illerate-friendly cos at the bottom of each dish, dere'll be a small icon of the animal used for tat dish.. E.g. for beef & chicken combo, dere'll be icons of cow & chicken.. There is, however, a small problem.. The goat looked too much like dog le.. Tat stupid ZL said illerate would go in & request for dog-meat dishes.. OMG!! yucks.. Well, for the rest of the dinner, we ate & joked & laughed..

Oh ya.. ZL told us sth disgusting which his OCT seniors told them.. You see, in OCT & OCS, 2 guys shared a room.. So the story goes..

Guy A would give his buddy, Guy B, milo every night b4 lights out.. Guy B would accept it a a goodwill gesture.. The whole episode continues until one morning, Guy B woke up wif a painful ass.. He was puzzled & went to consult the medic.. He was told that dried semen was found in his ass.. That night he hid a camcorder & went through his daily routine.. Wad he saw in the video the next day was super shocking.. His buddy, Guy A, had sedated his milo & performed unnatural acts on him.. OMG!! Guy A was charged..

Scary scary.. So gay!! OMG!!

Sun - Went to Blk 538 hairstylist (home type) to do hair treatment & my mum did colour & wash.. The price dere was much cheaper & the quality not bad too.. I tink I'll con't to let this hairstylist do my hair.. Cos super convenient, only 3 blks away from my hm.. Hehe.. After my hair treatment, I rushed to amk hub to pass Andrew & Adrian the presents I've made for them (hand-knitted muffler.. wonder whether they like it not.. hmm..) Then, packed lunch & went back home.. Right after lunch, my uncle's whole family came to visit my mum (she has just been discharged due to removal of abscess, rmb?) & I ended up entertaining my younger cousins.. After dinner, I went to Bishan to do facial.. I must say that Kelly's facial skills not bad.. She recommended lip waxing for me ($10) & I agreed.. Haha.. Tat ends the night..

I remembered the first time I heard this song was through 93.3FM.. The melody was the first to capture my heart.. Very soothing & gives ppl a feeling of reminiscence.. Gradually, I came to noe tat this is a song written for a movie penned my Liu Ruo Ying.. Really love her voice & her actings.. Seeing her cry in the movie made me cry too.. Well, a little backgrd on the movie.. It’s abt a guy (Gu Tian Le acting) falling in love wif a gal (Liu Ruo Ying acting) whose mum had ran off from home when she was a small gal, leaving behind her dad & her grandma.. This gal loves the guy too, but was unable to commit into the relationship as she was very afraid of being abandoned again.. However, that guy had nv gave up & wld turned up whenever the gal needed help/emotional support.. One day, that guy told the gal “I’m gg overseas & will be getting married.” With tat, the gal didn’t stopped him & he went off.. Year after year, at the gal’s b’day, she wld receive an e-mail from the guy to wish her Happy B’day.. One yr, the e-mail was late.. The movie con’t & finally the gal found out that the guy had died in the yr he said he’s gg overseas & the b’day e-mails had all along been sent to her by his elder sister, accordingly to his final wish.. His sayings of gg overseas & getting married is a lie.. This is a super touching movie & I cried real hard when I knew tat the guy was dead.. So sad.. Do you believe that such things do happen in life? For me, I do believe..

I went TPY kbox wif my colleagues last nite.. Was having lotsa fun cos 2 of my colleagues damn funny.. Haha.. Dunno y last nite i can't exert much force onto my voice.. Haiz.. Very soft when I was singing.. n 3 of my colleagues were practically jumping abt the whole nite.. very high.. N we had beer & cocktail.. OMG!! oh ya.. N we played mouth to mouth cherry passing last nite.. oh no.. Me & my buddy.. Heng he gt skill so nv touch lips.. Lucky lucky..

Well, didn't gt the chance to blog since last Fri cos I sprained my ankle last sat @ Guide House & was on MC past 2 days.. Lotsa things happened since Fri.. Really dunno where to start.. Hmm.. Let me try organising my thoughts..

On Fri, I went hm straight after wk so tat I could rest early for the mtg & nite safari next day..

On Sat, I went Guide House early in the morning for YAC mtg, wearing my sis's covered shoe (cos of nite safari).. Mtg was at hall & I went onstage to switch on the lights.. Unfortunately, i missed a step on the way down & sprained my ankle.. Thank God, YanTing came juz at tat moment & helped my gt a bag of ice from Uncle Mail & helped me apply pressure.. Very kind gal.. Have the makings of a nurse-in-training.. Btw, I attended the mtg while applying the ice on my swollen parts very nw & den.. After the mtg ended, I cab down to Bishan Central to find doctor.. Too bad all closed already.. Den, I cab back to Ave 1 to find a SinSeh.. She said w/in 1st 6hrs, can't "tui", so only applied medicine & bandage.. Have to fly my fren airplane for being unable to go nite safari, bt in the end, we met in the evening for movie "Detective" @ AMK hub.. Quite a nice movie.. Supernatural Thriller.. Hehe.. I like..

On Sun, I was slacking @ hm whole day.. Ankle super pain..

On Mon, I acc my mum go KK Women's 24 hr clinic to c doctor cos of her Abscess.. In short, it's a pus-saturated sac.. Antibiotics can't cure so haf to incise & drain.. In short, she stayed in the hospital til yesterday.. N I'm super broke nw.. Cos I paid for most of the cab fare too & from KK.. Argh.. Bt hor, praying hard dere won't be more complications le.. Infections after infection can be more serious de.. Haiz.. Anyway, cos of my sprained ankle, I can't wash my hair so my sis intro me to a hm hairstylist 3 blks away from my hm.. Not bad, I would say.. I asked abt the price of hair treatment, she said $25 for basic, $30 for better one.. OMG!! Damn cheap lor.. Half price as compared to outside rates.. I'm gonna try soon.. Somemore so near my hm.. Hehe.. Anyway, very tiring mon..

On tues, which is ytd, I fetch my mum hm from hospital.. She had her lunch b4 discharge bt guess wad, dere's chicken as 1 of the dishes.. OMG!! Chinese dun eat chicken after surgery de.. Hmm.. In the end, I eat all the chicken.. Muahahaha.. Bt hor, my mum tried to use my "heihei" stance on me asked me allow her eat 1 piece.. Of course I dun allow la.. Haha.. Went to ShengSiong to gt grocery, ended up buying lotsa canned food.. Easy to cook wad.. haha.. Bought wrong veg somemore.. Stupid label put CaiXin bt is actually PoCai.. $2+ somemore.. Argh!! Anyway, I bought Chipster too.. Tried le, so-so lor.. Bought 2 pieces of fish for my mum.. She said shld've bought Red Grouper instead cos cheaper.. The fish i bought was $5+ per piece.. Aiyo.. Price is nt a big problem to me la.. As long as it's good for my mum.. Hmm.. Anyway, I've gotten a shock last nite when a fren of mine smsed me to be his gf.. After much consideration, I told him we could only remain as frenz at present cos he's too young for me le.. I told him he still haf many hurdles to cross, 'A's, NS & uni.. These r times when mentality changes & path divert.. Many of my frenz broke up for that very reason.. So it's juz frenz for us..

Btw, ham asked me juz nw wad is the acceptable age range for me to look for in a bf.. I told him for nw, anyone older than me by up to 10 yrs is acceptable.. If I'm 27, I dun mind guy younger than me by 3 yrs.. Cos more or less financial stable le ma.. Of course, I still prefer older guys cos they're more mature.. N i nd someone who could stand his grd, nt afraid to argue wif me on his stand.. Cos I could be a feminist at times.. Bt this guy shld also be gentle enuf for me to depend on.. Cos I could be a xiao nu ren at times too.. Haha.. Me very high expectations? hmm.. Is it really so diff to find myself a bf? Hmm..

Prudential had just came up wif a retirement question decks so tat advisers can better understand their client's desired retired lifestyle.. Me, being a super curious person, tried out the deck.. Wa.. It's very easy to comprehend.. & guess wad.. My retirement funding at least S$906,000.. OMG!! Must start planning nw.. As of nw, I only haf life & health policies.. More to safeguard my family members if (touch wood) I die prematuredly.. Haven started on retirement funding though.. Will haf to tink abt it next yr.. Hmm..

I met Adel for free movie, Resident Evil - Extinction, last nite @ Shaw Lido.. Though it was a short 1.5hrs movie, it was very worth my time to watch it.. I was even comtemplating watching wif ZL on our next sat movie outing, depending on wonder he had watched this movie by den.. =) Hmm.. Thankfully, my wkplace buddy told me sth abt the 1st & 2nd episode of the Resident Evil series.. If nt, I would most probably ended up like Adel, nt being able to link the stories together.. Haha.. This is a movie definitely nt for the faint-hearted ppl cos of the gruesome and thrilling scenes.. Bt this is definitelymy type of movie.. Haha.. *ppl.. stop calling me gross hor..* Tat's all for nw..

Last sat, I went to donate blood after my YAC mtg.. It was my first time visiting the bloodbank cos I used to donate blood @ SP.. Hmm.. 4th time donating blood le.. Btw, I did my first-ever e-booking for that donation appt.. The doctor said my heart rate quite fast den asked whether it's due to me not donating blood since Nov 2005.. My expression, then, was "OMG! I tot I donated at least once last yr? Oh no!!" Anyway, I had that calling to donate blood a few days prior to sat when I was chatting wif Andrew S. Heng online.. He told me tat he would, despite his busy schedule, donate blood at least twice per yr.. Hmm.. I tink I must've felt guilty cos I was determined to donate blood on last sat.. Haha.. Anyway, it might've been due to my long period of nt donating blood tat my blood flowed quite slowly during donation.. Luckily for me, the nurses there were very friendly, some even joked wif me.. Haha.. They gave me quite a few freebies, like notepad, free drink & cake, & even 'super-waterproof' plaster & lotion for bruises (in case my right arm has gt bruise from the donation).. One of them even helped me go find the turquoise bandage when I expressed interest in that colour.. N she also gave me a pamphlet on platelets donation when I asked her abt the donation.. Haha.. I'm glad my blood can help another person..
